Last year, Azamat, A Playground owner in Kyrgyzstan, opened his first amusement park in Bishkek. With a try-it-out mindset, he chose to collaborate with theDirolep park. This year, he decided to open a branch in Osh, the second-largest city. After thorough discussions and evaluations with clients, the Dirolep team customized projects such as slides, triangular steps, and rainbow stairs, finalized the plans, and promptly initiated production.

Dirolep park employs hot-dip galvanized steel pipes, which are cut using a laser cutting machine with a precision of ±0.5mm, ensuring smooth and burr-free sections. Plastic components are processed via CNC waterjet cutting, resulting in edges without heating or charring, perfectly aligned with the steel structure.  Sewing: In the soft upholstery workshop, high-density memory foam is cut into standard blocks. The outer layer of double-toned anti-slip PVC fabric is stitched by an industrial-grade computerized sewing machine, with uniform stitches (6 stitches per inch), double-row edge binding, and secure seams. All zipper areas are reinforced with tear-resistant patches, making the seams impossible to open even under intense pulling by children.

After working day and night by the workers at Dirolep park, the production and inspection of Le goods were finally completed. And it will be loaded and shipped today, with each device reinforced for shock resistance, ensuring that every item can be safely and intact transported to Osh, bringing joy to more children's childhoods.
