From Mexico to China: A Cooperation Across the Pacific Ocean
Early this year, Mexican client Luis flew halfway around the world to visit the Dirolepfactory specifically to conduct a site inspection for a 500-square-meter indoor children's play area project. From the visit to placing the order, from design to production, from shipment to installation - a four-month collaborative process, we used our strength to win the trust of this faraway partner.

On the day of the visit: Using transparency to dispel all doubts

Our approach was: full transparency, no concealment, no exaggeration
On the production line, Luis crouched down and inspected the welding process at the slide interface. Dylan promptly explained: "All our fasteners are treated with rust prevention, the load-bearing structure has passed the EU EN1176 standard test, and each batch of sheet has an environmental inspection report." He then checked the wall thickness of the steel pipe - we measured it on-site with a vernier caliper, 2.0mm, exactly to the inch. Subsequently, we took them to visit the finished product testing area. A set of equipment about to be shipped out was undergoing pre-assembly, and Luis climbed up the three-story climbing frame and slid down the spiral slide. Standing up, he wiped the dust off his body and said with a smile: "It's even stronger than I imagined."

Design Phase: Transforming the client's ideas into drawings
Our design team produced the first version of the concept drawing within three days. Luis provided suggestions via video conference - the rotating slide was not "shocking" enough, so it needed to be raised an additional 0.5 meters; the angle of the climbing wall needed to be gentler to make it easier for younger children to try.
The designers made adjustments overnight and submitted the second version of the CAD construction drawing on the seventh day, along with a complete structural force analysis report. The software team for interactive projections also simultaneously developed two custom games: "Smash the Mexican Pepper" and "Capture the Day of the Dead Butterflies". When Luis saw the test video, he sent a voice message: "¡ Perfecto! "This is exactly what I wanted."
On the twelfth day, all the 3D renderings, construction drawings and material lists were confirmed. Luis paid a 40% advance payment for the production.

Production process: Each step can be traced back
With a 45-day production cycle, Dirolep Park have established a complete quality traceability system. Each batch of panels, each steel pipe, and each roll of fabric has an inspection record upon entry; quality control points are set for key processes, such as 100% flaw detection at welding points, segmental inspection of the smoothness of the slide surface, and random sampling of the density of the sponge.
What reassures the customers most is the "pre-assembly before leaving the factory" - all modules are simulated and assembled in the factory at a 1:1 ratio, eliminating any alignment errors in advance. Luis witnessed the entire process via remote video and immediately arranged to pay the pre-delivery payment.

Shipping Packaging: Resistant to Sea Transportation
The total cargo was loaded into 240-foot high-container containers and shipped from Shenzhen Yantian Port to Manzanillo Port in Mexico.
The packaging plan is the result of our years of experience. The soft components are protected by four layers: pearl cotton, bubble bags, wrapping film, and woven fabric; the special-shaped iron parts are placed in custom wooden boxes, and the interior is fixed with steel frames, with foam particles filling the gaps; the most challenging part is the integrated rotating slide section - our packaging engineers specially designed a suspended steel frame to suspend the slide in the center of the container, maintaining a 20-centimeter buffer distance from the container walls.

On-site Installation: 12 Days, From Parts to Park
After 22 days of shipping, the cargo arrived safely in Manzanillo Port. Our senior engineers - who had already obtained Mexican visas in advance - showed up at the construction site the day after the customs clearance was completed.
For the next 12 days, the installation team worked strictly according to the installation drawings. Each bolt was tightened to the standard torque, and the gap of each joint was controlled within 2mm. A 3mm slight tilt appeared on the ground of the interactive projection area, causing an offset in the sensor calibration - the engineer immediately informed the client, and the local construction team worked overnight to make a self-leveling leveling, solving the problem once and for all.
On the afternoon of the 12th day, all equipment was debugged successfully.

Conclusion: Strength is not just talked about, it is achieved through action
The client later shared his experience in the local industry forum: "I spent a long time looking for suppliers, and finally chose this Chinese factory - Dirolep park, because they made me feel 'controllable' at every stage - design controllable, production controllable, delivery controllable. For amusement park investors, this certainty is more important than price."
And what we want to say is: Making complex things simple and making distant cooperation reliable is precisely the true strength of a factory.
